Trace Biz offers a Condensation diagnosis Risk Analysis service for buildings that are in the design, construction, or occupancy stage. We can work from construction details or assess components on-site. All risk calculations are carried out in accordance with the latest BS5250:2002 and BS EN ISO 13788:2002 standards. As well as Condensation Risk Analysis, we can advise clients on how to mitigate or remove the risk of condensation forming in their structure.The system is a great diagnostic method incorporated into a computer program that processes and evaluates environmental data and reports the factors driving moisture imbalance leading to the chance of condensation and mold in properties.- All Services
